• Work: Receive information & Color sketch.
• Payment: 20% deposit of total invoice upfront.
• Up to 3 revisions supported.
(Work starts after deposit is received)2. LINE & FLAT COLOR
• Work: Line art & basic coloring (Flat Color).
• Payment: Additional 30% deposit before coloring begins.
• Note: If you choose the Flat Color package, please pay the remaining 80% at this stage to receive the finished artwork.3. FULL RENDER
(This stage only applies to Full Render package.)
• Work: Detailed painting & advanced rendering (Painting & Rendering).
• Payment: Remaining 50% before receiving the final artwork.

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER• I may decline commissions if I feel the request is beyond my capabilities.
• Work will only begin after the deposit has been received in full.
• Online bank transfer is preferred.
IMPORTANT NOTICE1. Commissioned artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, nor for any purposes related to religion or politics.
2. Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced in more than 10 copies, even for non-commercial use, without prior agreement.
3. When posting commissioned artwork on social media platforms, proper credit to the artist (my name) is required.
4. In cases where commissioned artwork is used for commercial purposes or printed in quantities exceeding 10 copies without prior agreement, I reserve the right to blacklist the client (including public disclosure of personal information and refusal of any future commissions).
5. Commissioned artwork must not be used for any AI-related purposes, including AI training or AI-generated image creation.
COMMISSION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY• General policy: Progress is calculated from the time I confirm receipt of the deposit. Refund amounts are based on the most recent payment made.
🔹 Flat Color Package
• Cancellation at Stage 1 (Sketch): 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation from Stage 2 onwards (Line & Flat): No refunds.
🔸 Full Render Package
• Cancellation at Stage 1 (Sketch): 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation from Stage 2 onwards (Line & Flat): Refunds will be discussed proportionally based on the amount of work completed.
DEADLINE & RUSH ORDERS• Estimated completion time: 2 weeks to 1 month (to be discussed in detail upon ordering).
• Rush orders (under 12 days): +100% surcharge of the total invoice, or may be declined depending on the circumstances.
